All staff who will be certifying client eligibility and/or rendering family planning services on behalf of the Family PACT Program must complete all trainings in their respective track prior to submitting an application for the Family PACT Program.
The Office of Family Planning (OFP) hosts free comprehensive IUD and contraceptive implant insertion trainings to assist providers in offering long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) services to Family PACT clients. Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are available. All Medi-Cal providers in good standing are eligible to attend this training.
