Site Certifier Track
The Medical Director, Physician, Physician Assistant, Certified Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse Midwife who is responsible for overseeing the family planning services rendered at the site is required to complete this track to certify a site. All trainings listed in this track must be completed prior to registering for the required Family PACT Provider Orientation.
As outlined in the Policies, Procedures, and Billing Instructions (PPBI) manual section Provider Enrollment and Responsibilities, a site certifier must complete the Site Certifier Track trainings and attend the Provider Orientation within two years of the last completion, as required by Welfare and Institutions (W&I) Code, Section 24005(k).
