Need Help with the Family PACT Online Training Center?
If you are experiencing technical issues, such as trouble registering or completing online training, printing your completion certificate, or signing up for the Provider Orientation, please email [email protected] with the subject line "FPACT Tech Issue - Name of Provider" (i.e. FPACT Tech Issue - Jane Doe).
To help troubleshoot, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- First and last name
- Email address used to sign in with
- Name of the training
- Description of the problem (e.g., unable to print completion certificate)
- Link to the page where you are having trouble
- Screenshot of any error messages (if available)
